Tina is a skilful lawyer with a wide range of experience in family law matters including financial agreements, parenting matters, child support disputes, international cross-border issues, and property matters involving complex corporate structures.
After being admitted to practice in August 2014, Tina commenced her career in a mid-tier commercial law firm in Melbourne, practising exclusively in family law. Tina then joined DDCS Lawyers in 2018.
She was a Finalist in Lawyer’s Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in 2017, which recognises excellence in young lawyers across Australia for professional competency, passion for the law and dedication to personal advancement.
Tina is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Law Institute of Victoria. She is also a volunteer at the Women’s Legal Centre ACT.
Tina completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at the Australian National University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is currently completing a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law). She is also fluent in Korean.
