A highly experienced lawyer with over a decade of experience in Wills, Estate Planning, Business Succession, Tax and Trusts, Claire likes nothing more than taking the time to really get to know her clients and their unique needs.
Highly skilled in drafting both simple and complex wills and estate plans, Claire is also experienced in assisting clients who have complex personal and family circumstances such as terminal illness, children with disabilities or blended family structures. Claire’s practice also encompasses probate and estate administration matters.
Claire works to assist clients to protect assets that fall outside a deceased estate, such as superannuation. She is alert to the ways in which wills and estate plans can be challenged and advises her clients how they may be able to mitigate these risks.
In addition to estate planning advice, Claire also has a deep knowledge of tax law and trusts from both a legal and a tax perspective. Claire regularly advises on complex issues involving wealth protection, restructuring of asset ownership, and future family and business objectives.
