We are pleased to announce that Timothy Nicholls today joins our Family Law team at DDCS Lawyers.
Tim worked with DDCS while studying law. Since then, Tim has worked in specialist family law firms in Sydney and in Canberra and has developed deep experience in complex parenting and financial matters. He is an experienced and skilled solicitor advocate, regularly appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Divisions 1 and 2).
Tim has a Masters in Law (2018) and achieved Specialist Accreditation in Family Law (NSW) in 2021.
Tim has made family law his passion. We know our clients will find him to be warm and engaging. He is proactive and focused on finding solutions and optimal outcomes for clients, and brings energy to all that he undertakes.
We are excited to welcome Tim again to the DDCS Family Law team.
