Anna joined DDCS Lawyers in April 2023 after relocating from Brisbane. She graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in finance, and Laws with Honours in 2014. She completed her legal training with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2015.

Prior to working in private practice, Anna held coveted roles at the Family Court of Australia (as it was then known) and the District Court of Queensland over approximately four years working each year for a different Judge in the role of the Judge’s Associate.

Anna then spent the next five years working as an Associate at a specialist family law firm in Brisbane where she gained invaluable experience working on complex, high value property settlements and complex parenting matters.

While having extensive experience in family law, Anna also gained experience working in civil litigation and crime during her time at the District Court of Queensland.

Anna considers herself fortunate to have had invaluable training and mentorship during her early career and is passionate about continuing to provide high level family law service to her clients at DDCS Lawyers.

While providing strategic and practical advice, Anna is empathetic in her approach and is committed to understanding client’s individual needs, concerns and goals to help guide them through the family law process.
