Simone brings more than 25 years’ experience across administration, office support and client service. Her background includes working as a Receptionist and Accounts Clerk for a national law firm, as well as senior administration and office management roles across the building, commercial and corporate sectors.

As our Front of House, Simone is the first point of contact for clients, staff and visitors. She is known for her warm, caring and positive approach, her strong communication skills, and her ability to provide calm and practical support in a busy office environment.

Simone plays an important role in ensuring the front of house runs smoothly, from managing client enquiries with care and professionalism to supporting mediations and assisting with the day-to-day needs of the office. Her friendly nature, high attention to detail and capable approach help create a welcoming and supportive experience for clients from their very first contact with the firm through every step of their matter.
