Jessica joined DDCS Lawyers in 2026 and brings extensive experience across legal practice in both private and government sectors, as well as community-based services. Her background includes managing complex client matters, investigating complaints and debt recovery, supporting international trade law within a government setting, and practice management in family law. This breadth of experience, combined with her people-focused approach and strong operational capability, makes her a highly successful Practice Manager.

Jessica is known for her calm, relational approach and her ability to support clients through sensitive and often challenging situations. She has particular strengths in trauma-informed practice and conflict de-escalation, and is committed to ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and understood throughout their engagement with the firm.

In addition to her client focus, Jessica plays a key role in supporting staff and lawyers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including financial management, team coordination, and systems. She is focused on maintaining a well-run, supportive environment and delivering a consistent, high standard of service across the firm.
